I'm leaning toward Houston. The USLR meeting is likely to be in St. Louis.

It's not bad right here--we just had our weekly inch of rain, and going to pick up the dog at the vet meant driving 20 miles out of my way because the main route had a fairly deep, very rapid river running 50 feet wide across it, but all I have on the farm is a lot of mud. The highway and most of the main routes are clear. Farther north, some of the rivers are at or over flood stage, but they should go down in a day or so.

Warm storm. Rain on snowpack. Sploosh.

.. except at the Washington DC location. My mom paid for me to see them way back when I was in college, and I was spellbound. I can't wait now, especially with my own little widebody at home to compare to. :)
