Photoblogging a Muddy Evening

tcastleb brought her camera tonight, and got some great shots. Over six inches of rain in under six weeks means lots and lots and lots of Mud, and Muddy Ponies. But they were being charming even so.

Drama! Two stray cats get into it just outside the fence (one is visible in lower left corner). Tia the Alpha has to check it out up close. The rest of the crew leaves her to it, under the Wolfbait Theory. That's everybody in a pile, with Pandora in front, Ephiny in foreground, and the rest making a nice collage of curved white surfaces with decorative patches of mud. I can spot Camilla's distinctive Celestial-Brick rear assembly, and Capria's fuzzy forelock, and ze keed's butt in back, along with a piece of Carrma.

Actually, Carrma was off by herself to the right and out of the picture in that last one. She was curious, but not quite willing to muscle in with the crowd to see.

heaven. Sorry for the mud, but the flowers are enjoying it. We are having alternate sun and hail, heavy hail, today.
