neutronjockey, the new, improved, with extra bonus story and introduction edition of A Wind in Cairo is now up on lulu. It will be about a week before the publication is "official," but it's there, and it will eventually be available through amazon et al. It's available on lulu as either a download or a hardcopy. There is an ISBN, even: ISBN #: 978-0-557-13894-4
