alfreda89 for the input on ice and arnica. Don't have arnica, do have ice and am following directions. I'm 'way sore this morning but not immobile. Should be fine in a day or two.
And the cat is acting normal except for having a huge and gruesome Thing on his tail. He's mad about having to be isolated, wants to be out and about, but not with four other cats. And carpets. That stain.
Life goes on. I'll probably ride Capria this evening--too sore this morning. And Pook again tomorrow if all goes well. I'm only this stupid once in a great while, he's not a crazy horse unless said stupidity gets out of hand.
