  • 19:46 Paddock shelter is no more--flipped over, broke two legs off. No injuries to stallion who was in paddock at the time. I HATE WIND!!!!!! #
  • 19:47 Hay tarp is getting ready to fly to Oz. Pandora's shelter tarp is popping grommets. Did I mention I hate wind? #
  • 21:15 @700stories I HATE WIND!!! Pook is a little wild-eyed but he's got a better grip on his sanity than I do by this point. #
  • 09:11 Barn is still there. Still two shelters standing. Nobody blew to Oz. In this game called Spring Winds From Hell, that's a win. #
  • 11:49 @innaj Uh, what? It's your time and your process and anything that -works- means the time it takes to get there is not wasted -so there.- #
  • 12:03 @innaj Well, if I did it, since it's not my process, I -would- be wasting time. But that's -my- process. Which is linear. So. #

I hate wind too. Glad your horses are okay despite the damage. I am still grateful that our horses were no where near the old barn when the roof blew off two years ago.

I loathe wind. There was a lovely old tree at our barn that is no longer standing after the latest storm (accompanied by wind) we had. Plus, it makes horses all high as kites. Even my little steady eddy butterbutt pony.

Love the pictures of your horses! They definitely remind me of the white mares in your books (I've read almost all your books and love them, especially the ones about ponies. And the historical fiction of Egypt. One of my favorites is King and Goddess.)

I've got the other Austrian breed, the hayflinger. Golden ponies, yay!
