My favorite pizzas are weird ones that a local pizza place where I grew up makes. Sauerkraut and Canadian Bacon, which though it sounds weird is delicious. The sauerkraut ends up toasted lightly and ends up just perfect somehow. Or their BLT pizza which is baked with the bacon, and then topped with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce and Mayo or ranch on the side. Yum...

Which is, incidentally, what I'm having for lunch. (Although I WANTED to put grilled chicken on it and discovered that I didn't have any chicken.) And mine has fresh tomatoes + garlic olive oil instead of tomato sauce because I'm too lazy to make sauce.
