We get the Fall on Numenor here, too--in Texas we call it a Blue Norther, and yes, the sky does look slate blue--more dark blue than grey, but definitely blue....

And the temp drops thirty or forty degrees in about an hour.

We've had odd weather, but no blue northers yet.
