I never did figure out what his name means. He came with it. There was a fantasy novel at the time titled Taminy, but it was about a girl. Redheaded, admittedly. So who knows.

He's quite lively tonight, swearing at me for keeping him in isolation, and eating whatever I feed him. Had to clean out the gross bits--it's looking really gross--and he wasn't too awful about it. He's my kitty, he lets me do things he'd kill a vet for.
